Mr. Highland joined Quorum Hotels in 2022 with over 25 years of hospitality industry experience in branded, independent, focused, and full-service environments. He oversees portfolio operations, driving excellence in financial, STR, guest satisfaction, team engagement, and quality assurance. Mr. Highland has extensive multi-unit hotel operations leadership experience having previously served as both Regional Director and Vice President of Operations. He brings a wealth of hospitality experience from helming lifestyle, luxury, resort, and casino hotels. Mr. Highland is former United States Marine and Gulf War veteran.
